Large double room for rent

Hi there, I'm living in Manchester through the week for my new job so ill only be home the odd weekend. This is a south facing extended terraced house with central heating, double glazing, large living room, integrated kitchen, nice bathroom, and patio. Very close to M62 and M1, and has the Leeds/Huddersfield/Wakefield bus route right outside. The bedroom is spacious and quiet. There is a double bed with a stressless mattress, bedside cabinet, large chest of drawers and integrated wardrobe. Rent includes most bills. I'm very easy going with a great sense of humour and I'd love a housemate who is the same. I go to combat and kettles classes, watch comedy and thrillers and love cooking new dishes. I'd like someone friendly, easy going and fairly tidy.

My house has been for sale for 18 months so there may be the odd viewer that I'll need to show around and notice period is 1 month either way. My lodger of 18 months moved in with his girlfriend and would be happy to provide a reference for you. Happy searching!
