I have a double room available in my lovely 3 bed Victorian through terrace situated in East Ardsley, just a stones throw from both Leeds & Wakefield, with very easy access to the motorway network (M1 & M62 both within 2 miles) and regular/reliable bus route 3 minutes walk away.

The house is spacious, neutral in decor with period features & comprises 3 bedrooms - the room available is the attic conversion which is fully furnished.

The kitchen/diner is large and modern, ideal for entertaining & the living room cosy and stylish with feature fireplace, Sky tv and wireless broadband.

The house also has a good sized bathroom, containing a double size walk in shower.

Outside is a small garden to the front which catches the sunlight brilliantly in the morning and to the back a small yard with seating - ideal for chilling with a bottle of wine in warmer months. Behind the yard is a small back street where vehicles can be parked safely.

You will be sharing with me, Gill (lodger) and 2 cats. I am sociable, told that I am easy to live with, both very clean and tidy and looking for someone similar.
Room only available Monday - Friday only. Would suit someone travelling to West Yorkshire for work.
