I’m a dad with 2 kids and 2 cats, so would only consider people who 1) aren’t put off by this, and 2) can live peacefully without disrupting our family dynamic. We’re all clean and tidy, and enjoy living in a clean/tidy home.
The property is in a peaceful area of greenbelt with beautiful views, sunsets, and sunrises, but is also 5 mins from the motorway and 15 mins/3miles from the city centre. Perfect for anyone who travels for work or needs to be in the city regularly, but who enjoys a more rural peaceful setting.
