Hi there, I have a large double room to rent in a two bedroomed house with a very large garden. I have two cocker spaniel dogs that live with me who are very friendly. There is street parking available. Near to a bus route to Leeds and horsforth, it is within 5 miles of the university. The house is close to shops, white rose, Birstall retail park, Elland road and Leeds city centre. I am quiet and keep to myself.
Bedroom comes with a double bed, chest of drawers. Would have room for a desk or table as well. You will have access to a washing machine, and dryer, wifi and I do have sky in the lounge but if you want to get it installed into your bedroom you can. I am very sociable and very easy to get on with.
