Room to let in comfortable family home

We are a family of two. I have one boy ( 11). The house is homely and welcoming with 1 cat. We love nights in together with a meal.

Potential person must be ok around children, and ok with their own space (which we will respect) . We don't expect you to eat with us but you're most welcome to join us if around. My boy is sociable around people. We don't mind this and value other folk around. Longer weekly term could be possible through discussion if at all required within the term. 

Farsley offers regular bus routes and it is a short walk to the station for direct access to trains to Leeds/ Manchester/York.

The village offers many cafes, shops and a vibrant mill which is up and coming with art gallery/artisan food /restaurants and bar.

We are also a short walk to the canal where you will find three great pubs and more restaurants/cafes. There are three local gyms and a yoga space offering classes all within 5/10 mins walk
