Happy for you to add things / move stuff out .. but it’s really lovely room with new wooden boarding panels on one wall .

Modern family home - dishwasher , use of all kitchen appliances etc.

I’m always out and about or if in , work upstairs . I’m wanting to get away so need someone reliable and trustworthy . My son , 20 is never really in - gf and work are more alluring than home ! As you’d prob imagine . Not sure why though, I’m not a boring old bag .
Id defo like to meet or video potential person. As I’m sure you’d like to meet me so you can see I’m not weird or overly strange 🤣

Love cooking ( I’m a nutritionist by trade ) and all things healthy , I’m out fully two days a week but mostly work from home

Everyone welcome , just clean , respectful of space ( I’m happy to chat , share some cooking or leave you to have your space)
It’s not a traditional family home, I’ve done room let’s for over 10 years and met the best folk. In fact I could write a book on some of the tales😂
So come join the house - I’m young at heart ( still studying myself and part time uni student at Leeds beckett )

Farsley village was rated in the Hoot as one of Leeds best places to live, to quote ‘with bearded men in Birkenstocks ‘. Take from that what you will.
New Pudsey nearest train station and there’s regular buses to Leeds and beyond.
I live close to the canal , great pubs and gyms ( mine is 5 mins walk )
I have a lovely garden space with outdoor studio for exercise, yoga and meditation or a summer house with wifi for you to work in .

Happy for one month stays - no deposit
Or staying longer , small deposit , months notice.
Can’t be fairer than that.

Prefer kind, honest individuals , quirky welcome , welcoming all interests but mine are art/ food/ health/ history / psychology should we spend time together
