I’m a tad busy atm, so sorry if I don’t reply straight away!

Fully Furnished large double attic room available in my own home with just me and my cat Mavis. Includes all bills, internet, a TV in the room ( if you want) and even a cleaner for the social areas. Double bed and triple wardrobe. Shared bathroom with walk in shower and bath. House is large enough for us not to bother each other but i’m also quite sociable if you want a film night and a natter. I’m a teacher and work long hours so I appreciate a peaceful house during the week.

I’m into photography, heavy music, country walks, gigs, going to the pub and watching movies. I’m really friendly and chatty but also respect my own space and yours too.
There is a washing machine. There is also a cellar for storage. There is backyard

5mins walk to New Pudsey train station for excellent connections to Leeds or Bradford, 10 mins to either city.

Also Farsley high street with cafes, shops, art gallery and brewery are only a short walk away. Even a monthly farmers market. Also 5min walk to 24hour Asda and Go Outdoors.

Some beautiful country walks nearby and not far to the dales either. It’s a great location.
