Double Room With Ensuite

I’m looking to fill a double room in my house I rent in farsley.

It’s a spacious 2 bed house spread over 3 floors. The room I’d be looking to fill is on the top floor with an ensuite.

All brand new and recently been refurbished.
The kitchen has a dishwasher if you hate washing up as much as I do (that was a huge selling point for me).

I’m a 27 y/o young professional.

I have 2 small dogs who are extremely friendly. A pomapoo called Freddie and a yorkiepoo called Stevie. They’re both hypoallergenic dogs so don’t shed. (Please see pictures for reference)

The room is on the third floor, it’s light and airy, and has an ensuite with shower. Happy for this to be a dog free zone as it’s completely separate from the rest of the house.

There’s a large basement for storage and on street parking.

The house is a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to pudsey train station so easy to commute into the city for work if needed. We’re also right near the huge asda superstore on the ring road.

I’m very happy to keep to myself but it would be lovely to find someone who wouldn’t mind socialising and cooking the odd meal together or maybe walk the dogs.

The rent is £400 each per month + bills which comes to roughly £550.
