Hello! I’ve recently bought a 3-bed, stone terrace in Farsley and looking to rent out my spare room to a friendly, cat-loving, professional who needs a cosy home!
The house is right off the Main Street in Farsley- so a short walk down to the Mill, bars, cafes etc.

Its only a short walk to New Pudsey train station which is 2 stops (10 mins) into Leeds City centre. Also well situated for anyone needing to commute to Bradford.

The attic room has been recently decorated and ready to go. Already furnished with a bed, side tables, rail and large chest of drawers- with the option for a desk. (Not shown on pictures as they were taken before current tenant!)

Available from the end of July / early August.

I work for the NHS so am out at work Mondays-Friday. During the week I generally spend my time winding down, cooking and going to yoga or bootcamp, and on weekends enjoy getting outdoors, having a wine in the sun and travelling to see friends.

I also have a black and white cat called paddy. He’s an outdoor cat so spends a lot of time pottering outside, but he also loves cuddles!
