2 Bedroom Terraced House share

Hi, I have a single room for rent with all bills included and free access to super fast broadband. Located in Featherstone close to main transport links to Leeds, Wakefield and Pontefract.
This is a 2 bedroom house with just me living in it with my pet Labrador, so potential housemate must be okay with dogs. I’m an easy going guy and only ask for the house to be kept tidy and visitors not stay too late as I frequently get up early for work. I’m looking for somebody easy going who I’d get along with.
I’m interested in meeting a potential house mate for a coffee to see if we get along, then I will show you around the house and see if it’s suitable for you.
