Double room to rent in new build house

I'm looking for someone to rent a double room in my 4 bed new build house in featherstone.
The room will have basic furniture (double bed, wardrobe, night stand) it's next to a bathroom that will be exclusively used by the renter (as I will only use the en-suite in my room)
I am a professional who works in an office in Leeds Monday to Friday 9-5:30 I enjoy a good chat with either a cup of tea or a beer, Netflix and relax on a work night. I am very clean and so is my house so I would expect the same of a renter. The price includes all bills including fibre optic broadband (40mb). I'm looking for a professional worker to share my house with. Rate is somewhat negotiable.
