I am the homeowner and will be living in. I am a professional and work from home 3 days a week. I also have 2 dogs who live with me so you must be OK with dogs!

Shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, large kitchen area and large patio garden.

£100 pw which includes all bills and broadband and shared use of the house amenities.

Currently the room does not have a bed but can be easily sourced within a couple of days. There is a small desk and chair and a large wardrobe in the room.
