Room mate wanted

I have a lovely spacious 2 bed flat situated in fitzwilliam right by the train station for easy transport links. We have a communal garden and allocated parking. There is a bath with shower above. I work for the nhs and am a non smoker. I would like to find a flatmate who could also become a friend. I’m a bubbly friendly person who loves to chat. The flat is furnished and the room comes with a double bed, 2 bedside drawers and a mirror. The kitchen is shared with just me and so would the bathroom. I have a washer dryer for laundry and broadband. I would prefer a female flatmate just for peace of mind, I am LGBT so someone who’s either LGBT themselves or is accepting of this. Our council tax is band A so an extra £50 per month would be required to cover this. So the total cost including council tax would be £365 per month.
