The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and has plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom includes a large bath with power shower above.

The house is situated in Fitzwilliam and has excellent travel links to Leeds (30 minute journey time) and Wakefield (9 minute journey time). The train station is no more than a 5 minute walk. The station also has trains which travel to Sheffield and Doncaster. There is also ample parking available at the house.
