Country Cottage with good town links

I am offering a double room in a cottage style house on the edge of the village Flockton. It’s quiet, safe and not far from Wakefield or Huddersfield. There are also good links to Leeds and surrounding towns by road or public transport.

The home has a great garden with stream and patios. Inside, it is very homely with dining room and log burner in the lounge. It is also a three bedroom house so there is room for privacy as needed. I would be a live in landlord who is relaxed and laid back and certainly respects privacy. I’m quite active so would usually be at work or in the garden or having a local walk in the countryside - there are some good footpaths and trails I also enjoy cooking, gardening, watersports and travel. My immediate neighbours are very friendly and a bit further are a couple of farms and a horse riding centre.. even a pub 50 yds away.

I think £450 a month is about fair and includes bills and high speed broadband. The room is freshly decorated and with new cream carpet. I can furnish it (as seen) or have it empty for your own items.
