2 Rooms, en-suite, Garforth, with parking, all inc

I have 2 rooms available, both large doubles, fully furnished with great storage (large built-in wardrobes). 1 room is en-suite, with king bed, and the other will have sole use of the main house bathroom. The house has 5 bedrooms, and is modern and spacious with 2 lounge areas, a large kitchen and dining area and a lovely garden with great views - so lots of space.

Clean bedlinen and towels can be provided each week if required. Cleaning and all bills are included in price.
Ample parking, close to M1 and A1M. Happy to consider short term lets on a daily rate, I can also consider some weekends if required. I am a professional, working in finance, either from home or over the North of England. The house is non-smoking. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Parking for 3 cars at the property which is on a quiet cul-de-sac.

East Garforth and Garforth stations are a short walk/drive away for trains to York or Leeds, and Garforth station has free parking, with train to Leeds taking 12 minutes.
