Double room with off road parking

Hi I'm Julie. I'm a live in landlord. I have 2 double (fully furnished) rooms in a beautiful modern 3 storey house.

All bills are included. There is fast speed broadband and use of a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Short term lets (less than 6 months) will be considered but a minimum of 2 weeks is required. A full month costs £650 (or £175 per week)

Monday to Friday lets are also welcome.

My house is quiet and would best suit a mature professional female. Whats really important is that we can get along. I'm sorry, but students are not suitable. I love animals but I can't accommodate any pets. Meeting you beforehand, and knowing we will get along well together is important.

I am a (60+) female and I hybrid work.

Room 2 is availble.

There is off road parking available at the property for two cars You will have use of a lovely garden. The kitchen is shared.

Garforth provides excellent transport (bus and train) links to all surrounding areas. There is an abundance of shops and other amenities within 5 minutes walk of the property.
