Friendly room in Garforth - great transport links

I am renting out my spare double bedroom in the commuter town of Garforth, near Leeds. It's a peaceful area and 5 minutes walk to both the train station (10 min journey into Leeds regular trains) and Tesco supermarket, 3 pubs (and a fantastic Indian!). I'm 33, male, and I own the house. I have one long term female lodger already. I have two Norwegian forest cats. I'm an easy going & fun person with a silly sense of humour, so I'm not after anyone who takes themselves too seriously :-) Rent includes all bills, Internet and driveway parking. The room is empty now. The house has just been rewired for electric, so I will be redecorating and furnishing the room up until the end of October. Look forward to hearing from you! Oli.
