I'm Julie, live in landlord. I have a spare room in a modern 3 bed house in this sought after area. There are 2 train stations in Garforth (2 stops into Leeds) and the A1/M1 and M62 motorway networks are 5 mins away with easy access to Leeds, York, Wakefield, Wetherby, Castleford and Selby areas.

The house is on 3 levels and has a lovely garden and offers both on and off road (permit) parking, super fast broadband, use of a washing machine and all bills are included.

This is a double sized room (but with a single bed), well furnished, aerial point and with windows to the front and rear.

I am hard working professional lady with a daughter living at home. Weekdays for us are fairly quiet and organised. If you are a professional person, mature, non smoker and looking for a nice clean and tidy room/house this would be perfect for you.

I am currently focusing on short term lets only. I would prefer a female lodger.
