This house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, yet it is sourounded by things people value highly in life, such as it's 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance to Roundhay Park, it’s approximately 16 minutes drive to Leeds station or to the heart of city centre, and cafes, takeaways, shops and pharmaces are within minutes walk etc.

This property is fully furbished, you can just move in tomorrow with a suitcase if you like.
