Room in quiet house next to woods in north Leeds

I've got a room to let in my lovely house with big garden right next to Gledhow Valley Woods, sharing with me and my 2 friendly cats.

For me, home is a quiet place where I can relax after work or socialising. I'm friendly and happy to chat and open to eating together sometimes. I'm a self- employed psychotherapist and work from home some of the time so would prefer someone who usually goes out to work.

The house is just a 15 minute walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton with all its amenities and near a bus stop.

Will consider short term (up to 6 months) or longer term for Mon-Fri lodger. I'm plant based and would prefer to share with someone veggie, no meat or fish allowed in the house.
