Quiet ensuite attic with kitchenette located within a Victorian house near the park. You’ll be staying in a quiet neighbourhood a short stroll from Roundhay Park and Gledhow Woods. A popular social club is one minute away as well as a small corner shop; a one stop and a grocery store. A large supermarket is further down the road and there are two discount supermarkets nearby (but further afield). The house is a 10 minute walk to the local Spire Hospital, St James Hospital is 11 minutes bike ride or 12 minutes by car or 28 minutes by regular bus service.
A concert piano in the shared living space is available to use as well as the large downstairs kitchen if needed. Ping pong table and gym equipment in the cellar.
