Artistic professionals seek like minded housemate

Hello, So I'm a performer and David is an animator. We're not a couple but have lived together for 4 years.

The house is a pretty awesome even if I do say so myself and would suit a night owl, creative best but happy to have anyone if it's a good match.

Selling points
we have a piano and a studio space.
we have a big kitchen and open dining area with a couch but we don't really have a lounge as we don't have a TV although sometimes we project films on the wall in my study which can be a shared space too cos it's pretty big.
you would have your own bathroom it's not very big but the main house bathroom is and has a huge bathtub and speakers in the ceiling.
All bills are included, we have the broadest of broadbands (and you can get on board with our netflix too if you fancy) and I like to take a homely approach to the kitchen in that most things are shareable.

Sorry but the photos are a bit misleading as they're from before I bought the house the place is pretty much the same though except without the nice young family décor going on.
