Room in friendly spacious house

I'm looking for a new housemate, ideally long term, to join me in my house in Golcar.

- Furnished single/double room with nice view of fields
- Spacious living room with woodburning stove
- Big kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, range and chest freezer
- Full fibre broadband
- On street parking
- Garden
- Storage space in the attic if needed

It would be nice to live with someone like-minded and friendly who'd like to hang out sometimes in the evenings.

At the moment there's a single bed as my previous housemate worked from home and preferred to have more space for a desk, but I also have a double and am happy to switch it back if you prefer. There is also a bedside table/small chest of drawers, and some shelves. If the green walls are too bright, you're welcome to redecorate!

Things to be aware of: I'm a musician/music teacher and work in part from home - so there will often be music and people coming and going. I have a cat (he's called Ziggy and very affectionate).
