Spare room to rent

I have a stone terraced house. The kitchen is big enough to be used as a sitting room as well as a kitchen diner. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The room available is a furnished double but can be unfurnished if required. It has a double bed, some drawers a tv and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is occupied by another tenant, he has been in the property for over 3 years and is very quiet. a 30 year old male. There is parking on the main road or in the carpark opposite. Limited parking in the square with no spaces available directly outside the property.
