Character Flat In Peaceful Semi-Rural Location

Hi I’m Gemma, 46, dog walker and I’m looking for someone fairly quiet who likes to keep themselves to themselves a lot of the time. I enjoy my peace and quiet and I’m usually tired after all the walking I do, or I’m busy doing my voluntary work or reading at home in the evenings.

You’re welcome to cook in the kitchen and eat in the lounge and watch TV with me here and there etc or share a bottle of wine but I’ll also put a TV in your room.

In return you can have a lovely room in a lovely light, warm flat in a peaceful, semi-rural location with lovely views, walks/ cycle/ runs along bridlepaths and country lanes, about 10 miles out of Leeds, 2 miles from the motorways, 1 mile from a train station that is one stop into Leeds. secure parking. Seating outside in communal garden
