I'm looking for a flatmate to rent the second double bedroom in my house. As well as helping financially, I'd also like the company and would prefer a flatmate that I could become friends with.
The house is a 15 minute walk to the Guiseley train station and even closer to the Next retail park, M&S and Morrisons. If you drive, the house has a car space out the back but it's only 12 mins to Leeds centre on the train.
Convenient commuting links to Bradford & Ilkley and a couple of gyms very close by.
I like to keep the house clean & tidy but I'm not obsessive! I have a couple of cats so liking animals is a must!
You'd pay £550 pm which includes half rent and half the utilities (council tax, gas/elec, water, broadband, TV licence & Sky).
