Description
Big, bright bedroom in central Guiseley, available from 1st October 2022. For single occupancy, we are looking for a woman to share the house.

Cleaner once a fortnight - this would be paid as an extra bill by housemate(s) as required.
Character and/or professional references required, ideally.
The room is airy & really comfy. A first floor bedroom with:
Queen-sized bed & high-quality mattress
Lots of wardrobe space (tall grey pine units)
Several large drawers & cupboards for extra storage.
Ideal for a professional female or someone combining work and studying, who enjoys a relaxing home and their own space at times.
You'd have the house bathroom on the 1st floor to yourself sometimes. It's across the landing from the bedroom (not step-free). I will occasionally share the house with you, probably only 3-4 weeks at a time, once or twice a year.
There’s a lovely lodger in my attic bedroom (also en-suite). They spend a fortnight per month away for work.
This is a spacious mid-terrace, 6-8 minutes’ walk from Guiseley train station, and less than a 5 minute walk to Morrison's. There's also an M&S simply food, a couple of chemists, plenty of coffee shops & pubs/bars. The area is quiet, and the house has good double-glazing.
Our large, fully-equipped kitchen has a big gas oven, separate grill and 6 hob rings, a dishwasher for occasional use, and a table that seats 4 people. There's a cosy living room for everyone to share.
The washing machine in the basement is free to use, but the cost of running the tumble dryer in winter months would not be included in the rent. The basement, off the kitchen, has another loo & washbasin, which is handy.
A sunny patio to the rear of the house is safe, with a gate that shuts, and it overlooks the back road. There is on-street parking available (you can get a residents’ parking permit from Leeds City Council).
