Exclusive use, double, lounge and bathroom

Hello,
We are looking to take on a lodger in the coming months.
You would have exclusive use of a double room, large family bathroom and your own lounge with large tv and streaming services. Shared use of large driveway kitchen/diner, large garden, garage, and a large office space in the attic.
Bills included.
We are a mother and daughter, and a very friendly soft 10 year old frenchie called Lu.
We live in a lovely home in tranmere park, train station is walkable distance or a few minutes by car, we face onto a lovely farm which provides nice walking routes. A supermarket and pub at the bottom of our road and a golf club at the top.
