Owing to an overlap in completing a sale of our home in the U. K. and moving overseas we offer a short term opportunity rental of our lovely home during this transition period.

It’s a well loved large large home with a beautiful large private garden and parking on a gated driveway in a well located area of Tranmere park Guiseley - directly facing a farm but moments away from the centre, the train station and 15 minutes to Leeds airport.

You will have a choice of rooms, including the principe bedroom with ensuite, king size bed and own private living room. Plus access to open plan kitchen, your own living room. And home office.

Due to the circumstances you will likely have sole occupation for lots of periods as husband will be back and forth between our new home overseas and the U. K. and when home works 10 hour early or late shifts.
