Short Term Let Double Room

The room is in a loft conversion in a 3 bedroom house. There is a double Sofa bed in the attic with a desk and some draw space. Shared bathroom and living areas.
The house is in a quiet area just outside of Leeds (5 minute walk to the train station, then direct trains to both Bradford and Leeds taking approximately 15 mins).
We have a front and back garden and a parking space behind the house.

We both work full time so enjoy quiet evenings, but we are happy to socialise.

£350 a month or £90/pw including bills.
