There are 4 well presented rooms available 3 doubles and one small single. All rooms are fully furnished and include all bills and broadband. The 3 doubles also have a relaxing arm chair.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen/dining/living room. All appliances supplies.

There is a cleaner that comes and cleans once a month in all shared areas.

The property is 2 minutes from the centre of Halifax and all local amenities.

The train station is a 5 minute walk so could suite someone commuting to Leeds or Manchester.

Also there are bus routes situated within a 2 minute walk.
