Spacious modern En-suite double room available

There is one en-suite double room available rent.

These rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in straight away. All rooms are large very spacious and have beds, wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and some have couches in the rooms.

There is a large shared kitchen dinner and a separate large cosy living room with couch and tv.

All kitchen appliances are already in place including washing machine, dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, large oven/stove and all the usual untensils needed.

There will be a cleaner for the shared rooms every month included in the price.

All bills and broadband is included in the price.

The house is close to the train station and all local amenities.
