Lovely Double room

Hi

I have 2 lovely double attic rooms available for rent. The house is located across from savile park and a short walk to Halifax town and within reach of the local supermarket, excellent transport links.

This is a lovely and comfortable house. It has everything that you would need. I would like someone who is clean and tidy, who will keep the place clean.

Ideally a non smoker unless u smoke outside, someone who is veggie would ideally be pref and someone who doesn't drink but if u do, then for this to be kept in the bedroom.

would pref f*mle housemates as the 1 male housemate is leaving soon, so that would leave 1 female. so would prefer a f*mle but open to all.

Must be clean and tidy
no deposit but would require 2 months upfront and then each month there on.
