The house is very calm and peaceful, so I’m looking for a lodger who is likeminded. I work in Leeds Monday to Friday. I have a very respectful and quiet 9 year old daughter 50% of the time.

Access and usage when required of the kitchen / diner which includes all appliances.

Private gated car parking for 1 car.

Garage space for any storage.

6 months lodger agreement.
Available from 1st September 2024.
To reserve - £500 deposit + 1st months rent.

Would suit a professional working in and around the area. Easy commute into Leeds with great access to the M62. Trains to Manchester, Leeds and London from Brighouse. Lovely quiet area of Hipperholme with numerous walks, pubs, coffee shops, butcher and deli.
