I am looking to rent a double bedroom in a two bedroom apartment, while I will be going away for winter- most likely the end of November and wont be back until March. In effect - you will have a flat to yourself however I would like my room (which is the second room in a flat, not yours) to be left available for me to come and use it as I like if I need to come while away for a few days or so. I would always let you know in advance.
The price for a single person is £650 and £700 for a couple.
Utilities INCLUDED: fast broadband internet connection, water and council tax, TV licence with TV - 50 Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV | HDR10, Freeview Play | Prime Video, Netflix included, Alexa voice control | HDMI 2.1, Bluetooth, Airplay [Energy Class F]
Bills NOT INCLUDED: electricity.
The flat is bright and spacious and is conveniently located within walking distance to Piece Hall and Calderdale Royal Hospital, situated in a leafy area of Savile Park, Halifax.
About me: I come from Poland originally and have lived in UK on and off since 2006. I am friendly respectful and open minded. I own a cute rabbit called Leo that stays in the living room so you would need to be ok with sharing space with him too (ps when i go away for winter the rabbit will go with me😊)
