Halifax central gem, self contained living

I have converted my home into 3 self contained flats , each one with its own small kitchen , eating area , bathroom and bedroom . We all share access to the patio garden and entrance .
I am a psychotherapist and social worker working for the NHS and in private practice.
You can conveniently park outside the house which requires a parking permit . The house is is in the centre of Halifax , near the train station , Piece Hall , bars , restaurants, Calderdale/ Huddersfield royal hospitals are a short walk or ride in a car .
I am a early to bed and rise , down to earth family oriented person . I love the outdoors , keeping fit , travelling and all foods . I have 3 grown up children who have left home .
The accommodation would be great for a person or couple needing accommodation whist working nearby on a short term basis .
All the bills, furniture, bedding towels are included and I can clean the rooms /bedding ect for a small fee .
