Rooms Available In A Lovely House - Savile Park

Hi

I have a lovely house in the Savile Park area of Halifax.

I have different rooms available in the house.

There are bedrooms at £550 inclusive of all bills
A single bedroom £475 inclusive of all bills
and a shared bathroom
There is only 1 female at home who is the live in landlord so would pref fem but open to everyone. Looking at poss 2 max 3 people who can live and share my house with me.

In the attic - there is an en-suite bedroom and also has an additional room next to this ( I would be prepared to let this to a couple for £700 rather than renting these rooms to, two different people)
The attic has a double bed and an en-suite, the room next to this is also a bedroom. would suit a couple or a single person who wants 2 rooms or 2 friends or a couple.

Looking for someone who is tidy and clean. If you are not tidy and don't clean up after yourself, then this place isn't for you.

The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable. Would suit professionals and clean/tidy people.
