I am looking for a female housemate to share this two-bedroom flat with.
The room on offer is a double bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Velux window with blackout blind. The room includes an ensuite having a shower, toilet and sink. The room has space for a desk and chair (around 90cm x 170 cm of space) which you can add in if you please. Apart from the furniture (and if you like, some bedsheets, towels and duvet), I will remove everything seen in the photos from your room before your move-in date.
The place is well-insulated and quiet. I will be in the other bedroom and using the separate bathroom. I work from home at least half of the week. My work often leaves my brain fried by the end of the day so I cannot always be social in the evenings, though I am a fan of doing a film night / dinner-making session at least once a month. I do want to get to know you.
The flat has a living room (in the process of being furnished with a sofa and TV table), open plan dining and kitchen area, as well as a balcony with views of greenery. You are welcome to also use the open plan living/dining room for work, as long as you are aware I might walk through it during the day for food/coffee/chores.
A garage is available for use (please ask separately if this is needed).
The rent itself is 447.50 GBP per month.
The total price of 650 GBP per month includes an estimate of the bills broken down as follows:
Council Tax Band is C = 85 GBP per person
Yorkshire Water = 16.5 GBP per person
NowTV Broadband = 12 GBP per person
Electricity = 90 GBP per person (estimate)
