Whole House to Let

I have a 2 bed house which will be furnished with nearly everything, you will only need some items.

There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet and the living room is quite spacious. It is an old house, there is also a basement for storage. The main bedroom is quite large with a double bed and the smaller room I have converted Into an office/work space. You can still fit a bed in the room.

Council Tax Band A and EPC rating I believe is either F or G.

I am looking for someone reliable and respectful, I am letting out my property and leaving behind many amenities therefore please treat the property with respect.
