Double room available in Savile Park, Halifax

Double room available with bills included. I occasionally have a cockapoo stay in the house so need someone comfortable with dogs. There is a shared garden and the house is a 20 minute walk from the station. There is a tesco around the corner and Savile park is at the end of the road. As well as being close to the famous Big Six pub. The canal is also walking distance and the house is on a very quiet road with on street parking available.

The house has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is also a large cellar for extra storage.

I’m an extremely friendly person who loves reading, cycling, running and wild swimming. Basically anything outdoorsy. I’m hoping to find a flatmate that is just as easy going as me.
