Accomodation is an extremely large oversized double Three bedroom home. Share one bathroom, shower/bath and toilet. Outdoors area with low roof shelter great shade in summer.

Upstairs is three big bedrooms there are no cupboards or wardrobes in here, sorry.
Room is unfurnished but a writing table with chair is available.

Customise you're way (Food excluded) but can work around it i cook can help if you can't. The good news is the bedroom can accommodate a sofa its very big has 4 large windows with pet safety straps in and around home. We have two indoor cats kids.

supply you're own food, fridge if none we can sort something out.
You can have some use of the lounge. 🙏 we like music thats reasonable landlord requested due to nature of where we are as another dwelling underneath.
A social club is 2 minutes walk. and a pub is 3-4 minutes walk. Friends welcome. We need a mature person. Supply your own plates/cookware. There is a shared stove and washer and good tv lots to watch via WIFI and package, has routers in every room. Area here has main shop being Asda. Two corner shops close by and a post office. Location is 10 minutes drive from Halifax Town centre by car. On Bus routes.
COUNCIL TAX BAND B WHICH YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR SHARE WHICH IS ABOUT £35 MONTH. LOTS OF ROOM TO CHILL PLACE IS HUGE. YOU WOULD BE MOST WELCOME 🙏 🤗 WE GO FOR NIGHTS AWAY IF POSSIBLY COULD YOU FEED TWO KITTIES FOR US PLEASE 🙏BUT NOT NECESSARY AS WE USE A CATTERY TOO.
