As I currently live with my girlfriend at another location, I won’t be living at the property on a regular basis. the house to be unoccupied by me for the majority of the time, However i will be there on odd occasions. giving the successful tenant a good level of privacy and freedom that's unusual for a normal house share.

You’ll have access to the whole house, including the large open-plan kitchen/diner, garden and communal areas, rather than being restricted to just your bedroom.

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a quiet, clean and respectful person who will take pride in the house.

Cleanliness is a priority, so I’m particularly looking for someone who naturally keeps their own living space clean and tidy and respects the communal areas and the property as a whole.
