1double bed/Living room - shared kitchen bathroom

Professional, Civil Partnered couple (Actor/Nurse) looking for an easy going person to share our household on a short term/on-going basis (e. g. 6 months) Double Room Provided in an Edwardian- double fronted 'Villa' with access to a beautifully furnished personal sitting room (The house has 2 sitting rooms); fully fitted kitchen/Bathroom and shower room, basement-utilities/ gas CH/ Telephone and broadband. Exstensive gardens to rear; no off road parking. Easy access to Manc./Leeds/Hudds./Halifax and surrounding areas (3 Miles to M62 J24)
We have two Large double bedrooms (3 in total) both with double beds in an Edwardian Villa (built 1905) comprising of two reception rooms. The kitchen has; double oven, hob, fridge freezer, dish-washer and microwave. We have a main bathroom with toilet, bath and sink and another shower room (without toilet) adjacent to both double rooms. Our 'Guest' Living room has Television with 'basic' SKY Satelite access.

We are a gay Civil Partnered couple [Andrew and Paul] who have lived in the property for 6 years now and are used to friends staying for a week/more or just a night. T. V. and wireless broadband access in both rooms. Smoking is allowed [as we are both smokers] though preferably not in the bedroom. We also have a studio/study which is avaialable for desktop internet access and an upright piano if you feel the need to tickle the ivories?! We also have a large garden [approx. 5 acre] where we grow our own vegetables,

Unfortunately no designated/off road parking
Parking on The Main road. (never a lack of space)

Principal cities (Leeds and Manchester) are within a 25 mile radius. Mytholmroyd (2 miles away) has a railway station as does Halifax and Hebden Bridge, for access across the whole of the UK.

We are two accommodating people who are used to welcoming people into our home.
