This nice spacious shared house is located next to Halifax town centre, Dean clough and both the bus and railway stations. This makes the house an ideal base for commuters travelling to other towns and people working in and around Halifax itself.

The house has a number of fully furnished double bedrooms with lockable fire doors that provide safe, secure, quality and affordable accommodation for professionals.

Some of the rooms have full en-suite bathroom. The rooms that don't share a bathroom with one other person only. Although the rooms are double only one person is allowed to permanently occupy the room in order to avoid over crowding. All rooms have high speed internet access.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly but occupants are expected to clean up after themselves in these areas.
