Professional Room to let

I have a double room that has become available in a two bedroom semi detached in a rural area, all amenities are included and broadband is as well.
Must be a pet lover as there is a French Bulldog present in the property.
Priced for a Monday to Friday stay although a full accommodation price can be offered, person must be clean and tidy and willing to join in with some basic things ie wash up and clean of the room this is not a B/B.
