There are two double rooms available in our professional house share on Skircoat Road, Halifax! It's a HUGE shared house just for young professionals so you can be sure you'll live with like minded people.

The rooms are £400PCM and include all bills (including cleaners), there are no agent fees for you to pay whatsoever and it's 100% ready to walk in with nothing to do!

There's a large (42") flat screen TV & two communal living rooms to take advantage of!

The kitchen includes all white goods and has a breakfast bar - the perfect place to have your morning coffee! The rear door leads straight on to the drive.

There's plenty of parking available at the front, as well as parking to the rear of the house and it's in great location for anybody working in town, at Dean Clough or at the LLyods banking sites. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is immediately out of the front door!
