IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1) You will be asked below to provide references that will be checked because we need to make sure that all residents are reliable, honest and will be considerate towards the other residents and the meditation centre.
2) We require a deposit of £300 plus the 1st month's rent in advance (total £635 ).
3) Sorry but no pets allowed.
4) Your tenancy agreement will specify the conditions described above (non-smoking, etc.)
