You'll have your own bright/airy bedroom and share the rest of the house. There's an open-plan kitchen, washing machine, free wifi and a small garden. It's in a quiet part of Halton with regular buses into city centre. There's a fluffy cat in the property.

The room would suit someone who likes peace and quiet, maybe a mature student or professional who is happy to take care of the cat when l’m away and be paid for this.

Must have experience of running a home as you might be on your own if I travel. I'm into sport, swimming, travel and gym and a media writer by profession.
