You will have your own bright/airy bedroom and share the rest of the house. It's in a quiet part of Halton with regular buses into city centre. Temple Newsam park is within walking distance and there's a big Asda on York Road. The open-plan kitchen is new, there's a washing machine and wifi. In summer, the small back garden is nice to sit out in. There's a fluffy cat in the property, she's lovely. If you have a lot of luggage, it might not be the right tenancy for you as I'm trying to get rid of my own stuff and don't want to feel cluttered.

The room would suit someone who's a mature student or professional and is happy to take care of the cat if I'm away for which they will be paid. Must have experience of running a home as you might be on your own if I have to travel. I'm into sport, swimming and gym but a creative writer by profession.

All utility bills are included in the rent. Council tax contribution is £40 a month, so £540. If you are a student you pay £500. The property is in Band A. Must have good references. Being friendly, clean and tidy goes without saying.
