Must have experience of running a home as you might be on your own if I travel. I'm into sport, swimming, travel and gym and a screenwriter by profession.
If you have good references, are friendly, 100% responsible, clean and tidy, do get in touch. If you have a lot of luggage, this arrangement might not suit you.
Free wifi. All utility bills are included in the rent. Council tax is £60 if you're not a qualifying student. The property is in Band A.
