I am a professional working full time. The house is not in Halton Moor, but Halton a more affluent area close to Temple newsam park.

The house is a, clean and spacious. The single room has a TV, draws and wardrobe rail.

Free WiFi is available and bills are included.

The living room is not a shared
room but there is a commual conservatory to use if wish.

The house is in a quiet suberb with supermarkets, parks, major motorways and busstops to city centre nearby. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac. It has a large back sunny garden and there's ample parking space
I have a gardener and cleaner for the communal areas
